Film type Pcap(GFF)

The operating principle of the projected capacitive touch panel mainly uses the capacitive sensing formed by the contact between the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) transparent electrode on the touch panel and the human finger or conductive object. After the operation of the control IC, the transfer It is the coordinate data that can be interpreted by the operating system.

Currently, capacitive touch panels have many types of structural stacking. According to market prices and application requirements, they are mainly divided into glass-type and film-type. At present, the company is mainly committed to the development of thin-film capacitors. Compared with glass capacitors, thin-film capacitors are light and easy to manufacture, and they have a considerable degree of competitive advantage in price.

Glass type Pcap(GG, OGS)

Features double-layer glass and a capacitive touch screen that applies ITO as electrodes. Glass ensures highly transparent and clear visibility. Glass is excellent in durability and weather resistance, which makes this touch screen ideal for a long-term use.

The X and Y electrodes are coated and placed on the same side of a glass sheet, and glass is attached in such a way that electrodes are crossing each other. Complete attachment of glass ensures highly transparent and clear visibility, and realizes high-durability.

退休制度

本公司的退休制度，依所在地之相關法令規定辦理

於中華民國境內之公司:均依「勞動基準法」訂有職工退休管理辦法，規定每月提撥退休準備金於勞工退休準備金監督委員會專戶，並自2005年7月1日起全面施行「勞工退休金條例」，適用規如下：

1. 2005年7月1日(含)以後到職者，全面適用「勞工退休金條例」。
2. 2005年7月1日(不含)以前到職者，得依個人實際需要於2005年7月1日起五年內選擇「勞工退休金條例」或「勞動基準法」之退休金制度;員工屆期仍未選擇者，自施行之日起繼續適用「勞動基準法」之退休金規定。
3. 員工符合勞基法第53條情形者，得自請退休。

環保節能

本廠自 2010 年完成碳盤查，以此為排放基準年排放量為 13,151 CO 2 公噸/年，本廠自 2013 年起推動節能計畫，預計年削減 10%，此後每三年通盤檢討。

• 2016 排放 10,649CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,502CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 19.02%
• 2017 排放 11,502CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,151CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 16.36%
• 2018 排放 11,777CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 1,674CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 12.73%

• 2019-2021 年起以 2018 年排碳 11,777CO2 公噸/年為基準，考量節能策略，每年減碳 1%為目標
• 2019、2020、2021 年排放 9,938、9,439、9,507CO2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,270CO2 公噸/年，減碳 19.27%(受產能利用下降影響，本數據供參考)

Transtouch Technology along with our customers and suppliers, are concerned about the issue of forced labor and other human rights violations occurring in mining operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Transtouch Technology Inc does not buy, sell, or otherwise deal with products, components, or materials that contain conflict minerals, such as gold, tin, tantalum or any other material mined in the DRC. Periodic reviews with our supply chain and our raw material suppliers are conducted to ensure that their metal supplies do not come from conflict regions.

Transtouch Technology expects suppliers to abide by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) code of conduct, and respond together with suppliers through responsible procurement behaviors
