Transtouch Technology was established in pursuit of "humanized technology" in response to the rapid growth of IA products and the ever-changing development needs of human-machine interfaces.

Transtouch Technology combines the excellent management technology of Taiwan CMC Group and the leading technology of the touch panel of the well-known Japanese manufacturer Fujitsu Component Group to bring Taiwan into a new era of touch technology.

Transtouch Technology always adheres to the combination of human nature and technology, and is committed to the development of Human Technology to enhance the happiness of human society with the advancement of technology.

Transtouch Technology was founded in November 2000, located in Huaya Technology Park, Guishan District, Taoyuan City. TTI is a joint venture between Fujitsu Component Group and CMC Group. Its main products are touch panels.

TTI has a 7000 square meter plant and the latest generation of touch panel production equipment. This equipment is improved from Fujitsu’s production line, using the most advanced Fujitsu technology and assisting in technology transfer. TTI expects to become Taiwan’s first touch panel The manufacturer will become the number one in the world in the near future.

Film type Pcap(GFF)

The operating principle of the projected capacitive touch panel mainly uses the capacitive sensing formed by the contact between the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) transparent electrode on the touch panel and the human finger or conductive object. After the operation of the control IC, the transfer It is the coordinate data that can be interpreted by the operating system.

Currently, capacitive touch panels have many types of structural stacking. According to market prices and application requirements, they are mainly divided into glass-type and film-type. At present, the company is mainly committed to the development of thin-film capacitors. Compared with glass capacitors, thin-film capacitors are light and easy to manufacture, and they have a considerable degree of competitive advantage in price.

Glass type Pcap(GG, OGS)

Features double-layer glass and a capacitive touch screen that applies ITO as electrodes. Glass ensures highly transparent and clear visibility. Glass is excellent in durability and weather resistance, which makes this touch screen ideal for a long-term use.

The X and Y electrodes are coated and placed on the same side of a glass sheet, and glass is attached in such a way that electrodes are crossing each other. Complete attachment of glass ensures highly transparent and clear visibility, and realizes high-durability.

Application

HMI and Multifunction printer

Multifunction printer is the application that introduced touch panels at an early stage. tti has long-term cooperation with global leading brands and the experience of developing products with customers, so that tti can deeply understand customer needs and complete the development tasks leading the industry.

POS and ATM

At present, a large number of POS machines on the market have been equipped with touch panels. This result also proves that the touch control interface helps reduce transaction costs. The touch control interface is the best choice for the retail industry. The goal of financial institutions is always to give customers a better ATM service experience, and most ATM machines are equipped with touch panels. This is because touch panels provide the most intuitive operation method. Its features of impact resistance, scratch resistance and water resistance meet the requirements of ATM appropriately.

Military and Aviation

Military specifications are waterproof, dust-proof, shock-proof, heat-proof, cold-proof, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-data theft, and anti-electromagnetic interference. The requirements are the highest, and they are more stringent than the industrial environment. In addition to the above-mentioned conditions, the requirements for the touch panel of civil aircrafts have also increased the design of the explosion-proof film. The safety of the user is deeply considered, and a balance point is found between efficiency and safety. tti's touch solution can meet the requirements of Boeing and Airbus. Test conditions include high temperature and humidity, thermal shock, drop and vibration tests.

Automotive

The touch panel solution provided in the application of car equipment allows users to operate on the CID screen to control various basic functions. Must pass the high temperature environment test. Adopt a high-brightness touch screen that supports multi-touch

In most medical applications, touch panels must have reliability, durability, accuracy and anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics

Marine

Modern ship design and operation need to rely on advanced electronic instruments and equipment, and the waterproof, UV resistance, and salt erosion resistance of the touch panel are important indicators for marine applications.

The advanced materials used by tti, the latest technology and well-coordinated key parts suppliers can produce products that are suitable for withstanding the harsh marine environment, resisting salt spray erosion and resisting long-term sunlight.

Gaming

The operation of the touch panel allows game designers to create new ways of playing. There is a growing demand for touch systems in the gaming machine business. The touch panel on the game machine must be able to withstand the contamination of beverages, food and oil, and meet strict impact resistance tests. tti's multi-touch solutions can meet these needs and are widely used in various gaming activities and environments, with sizes ranging from 3.5 inches to 32 inches.

環安管理

本公司員工人數約為 130 人依照職安法令制定職業安全衛生管理規章，並訂定各項辦法進行管理，確保職場安全與員工健康。

資訊安全

本公司了解資訊安全是本公司的重要課題。資訊系統的穏定性及可靠性，是本公司持續營運最重要的關鍵。為確保資訊系統的運作風險得以有效控制，需加強資訊安全管理所涵蓋的實體環境安全與作業安全的管理，以期避免因人為疏失、蓄意、或天然災害等因素，所造成的各種可能之風險及危害。並透過以下各項機制逹成資安防護及保護客戶資料，確保客戶隠私權：

資訊安全管理政策

本公由資訊單位統籌資訊安全事宜，設置資訊主管及專業資訊工程師，負責訂定公司資訊安全政策，規劃資訊安全措施，並執行相關之資訊安全作業。

為提升資訊安全的重要等級，每半年由總經理召開資訊安全委員會，並將會議內容向董事會報告公司資訊安全治理與執行狀況。111年度於05月10日向董事會報告。

資訊安全管理目標：
  1. 維持網路及資訊系統持續正常運作。
  2. 防止各種病毒及駭客的入侵及破壞。
  3. 協助排除故障及使用者問題。
  4. 防止不當意圖存取資料或不當操作。
  5. 防止機敏資料外洩。
  6. 維護實體資訊環境安全。
資訊安全設施與管理內容：
  1. 資訊機房管理：
    • 本公司主伺服器及主要資訊設備，均設置於專用資訊機房內。機房內設有兩套獨立空調，以確保資訊設備隨時在適宜溫度環境下運轉；並設置有適用於電器的乾式滅火器以供緊急時使用。
    • 本公司資訊機房設有電子門禁系統，非權責人員不得進入。非權責人員或外賓進入機房時，需有資訊人員隌同且需登錄於「機房進出登記簿」，並於事後呈報主管。
    • 資訊機房配置有大型不斷電與穩壓裝置，確保資訊系統主要裝備及重要資料，不會因為市電臨時停電而損壞。不斷電與穩壓裝置可連接廠房自備的發電機供電系統，以確保市電停電時仍可局部提供資訊服務。
  2. 網路安全與病毒防護管理：
    • 網際網路連線入口，設置企業級防火牆阻擋駭客騷擾及非法入侵。
    • 員工有需要由外部登入公司內網來存取資料或操作ERP系統時，需先申VPN帳號、筆電需先加裝 VPN 由系統記錄以供日後追查。
    • 本公司購入及建置使用者端點防護安全系統，管理及限制使用者可使用的硬體、軟體及網際網路使用權限；記錄使用者存取資料及上網的行為，以防止資訊資源被不當使用，並保護資料安全。
    • 伺服器及終端電腦設備均安裝有防毒軟體，病毒碼會自動更新且設定每天中午12時自動掃毒一次，以期能即時偵測及防堵具有潛在威脅的病毒及危害。
    • 電子郵件伺服器配置有郵件防毒、與垃圾郵件過濾機制，將病毒體事先隔離不流到使用者端危害使用者。
    • 有使用資訊系統的員工，需簽署「資訊安全保密協議」，以確保員工了解需善盡之責任與義務。
  3. 系統使用存取控制及權限：
    • 使用者需透過公司內部規定的帳號申請程序，申請帳號且經相關權責主管核准後，方能依核定的權限使用網路資源及存取資料檔案。若有需追加權限或功能，仍需經過申請核准後才能賦予權限。
    • 帳號及密碼的設置規則，規需有適當的強度、字數，並且必須文數字、特殊符號混雜，以防止被有心人士輕易破解盜用。
    • 帳號若因休職或離職時，應立即會知資訊單位辦理帳號停用。若有職務調動時，需依新的職務辦理帳號停用或重新申請帳號的使用權限。
  4. 備份及災害復原：
    • 本公司設置有本地備份系統及遠端備份系統，執行每週完整備份及每日增量備份，以期確保資料安全不漏失。
    • 災害復原演練：各系統每半年復原演練一次，在測試機上以還原基準日逐一復原資料到演練日為止，並由原使用單位確認復原的正確性，以確保資料備份的正確性及可靠性。
  5. 員工教育訓練：
    • 資訊單位定期每月蒐集資安相關資料或實際案例，分發給全公司各員工，供員工持續保持注意資訊安全議題。

勞資關係

公司各項員工福利措施、進修、訓練、退休制度與實施情形，以及勞資間之協議與各項員工權益維護施情形：

薪酬福利

本公司建立具有競爭力及公平性之薪資制度，依其具備之相關能力而決定，不因種族、出身背景、宗教、身體殘疾、性別、性向、婚姻、政黨、年齡或其他因素造成薪資的不同，公司薪資皆高於勞基法規定並落實同工同酬，現行各項薪酬制度計有持續服務獎金、員工認股權憑證、限制員工權利新股、員工酬勞、久任獎金、留任獎金等，另設有職工福利委員會，每年舉辦員工旅遊、每月慶生會、聚餐等休閒活動以確實保障員工權益、增進職工福利。

2021年於晉用基層作業人員時，不分男女給予的標準薪資皆高於法規所訂24,000元，以本年度各類員工收入最低類別人員，約為基本工資1.13-1.27倍，最高收入個人總收入為中位數員工之5.02倍。各項薪酬指標如下表

退休制度

本公司的退休制度，依所在地之相關法令規定辦理

於中華民國境內之公司:均依「勞動基準法」訂有職工退休管理辦法，規定每月提撥退休準備金於勞工退休準備金監督委員會專戶，並自2005年7月1日起全面施行「勞工退休金條例」，適用規如下：

  1. 2005年7月1日(含)以後到職者，全面適用「勞工退休金條例」。
  2. 2005年7月1日(不含)以前到職者，得依個人實際需要於2005年7月1日起五年內選擇「勞工退休金條例」或「勞動基準法」之退休金制度;員工屆期仍未選擇者，自施行之日起繼續適用「勞動基準法」之退休金規定。
  3. 員工符合勞基法第53條情形者，得自請退休。
勞工人權

本公司依規定向桃園市政府勞動局核備<工作規則>通過，相關勞動業務，工資發放、出勤管理、勞工保險、人員任用等勞動法規規範項目皆依照勞動法規辦理，保障員⼯之合法權益，尊重並支持<責任商業聯盟行為準則>、<聯合國世界人權宣言>、<公民與政治權利國際公約及經濟社會文化權利國際公約>等國際人權公約所揭示之原則，嚴禁使用童工、消除對婦女之歧視、保障身心障礙者之權利，於勞工求職時多元包容並給予平等機會，建構提供安全與健康的⼯作環境，協助員⼯維持⾝⼼健康及⼯作平衡、性別友善職場，讓員工受敬重並維持尊嚴。

人權承諾措施實施結果
嚴禁使用童工 於辦法中明訂不得僱用未滿十五歲之未成年者。 2021年未聘僱任何未滿十五歲人員。
無歧視 本公司對求職者或受僱者之招募、甄試、進用、分發、配置、考績或陞遷等，不得因以種族、階級、語言、思想、宗教、黨派、籍貫、出生地、性別、性傾向、年齡、婚姻、容貌、五官、身心障礙或以往工會會員身分為由，予以歧視，而有差別待遇。 2021年未發生任何歧視申訴案件。

協助員⼯維持⾝⼼健康及⼯作平衡 關懷員⼯⾝⼼健康，定期提供員⼯免費健康檢查外，並辦理員工旅遊等活動。 2021年辦理1次全體員工健康檢查。
性別友善職場 訂定「性騷擾案件及處理辦法」防治相關事件。 2021年未發生任何性騷擾申訴案件。
勞資間之協議與各項員工權益維護措施

本公司有關勞資之措施及規定，均依相關法令為基礎，秉持自主管理、全員參與之經營方針，另部門主管與部屬之間，透過定期業務會議、內部教育訓練…等方式，進行有效溝通。

環保節能

本廠自 2010 年完成碳盤查，以此為排放基準年排放量為 13,151 CO 2 公噸/年，本廠自 2013 年起推動節能計畫，預計年削減 10%，此後每三年通盤檢討。

  • 2016 排放 10,649CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,502CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 19.02%
  • 2017 排放 11,502CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,151CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 16.36%
  • 2018 排放 11,777CO 2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 1,674CO 2 公噸/年，減碳 12.73%
  • 2019-2021 年起以 2018 年排碳 11,777CO2 公噸/年為基準，考量節能策略，每年減碳 1%為目標
  • 2019、2020、2021 年排放 9,938、9,439、9,507CO2 公噸/年，減少溫室氣體排放 2,270CO2 公噸/年，減碳 19.27%(受產能利用下降影響，本數據供參考)

Transtouch Technology Inc does not buy, sell, or otherwise deal with products, components, or materials that contain conflict minerals, such as gold, tin, tantalum or any other material mined in the DRC. Periodic reviews with our supply chain and our raw material suppliers are conducted to ensure that their metal supplies do not come from conflict regions.

Transtouch Technology expects suppliers to abide by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) code of conduct, and respond together with suppliers through responsible procurement behaviors
