Transtouch Technology was established in pursuit of "humanized technology" in response to the rapid growth of IA products and the ever-changing development needs of human-machine interfaces.
Transtouch Technology combines the excellent management technology of Taiwan CMC Group and the leading technology of the touch panel of the well-known Japanese manufacturer Fujitsu Component Group to bring Taiwan into a new era of touch technology.
Transtouch Technology always adheres to the combination of human nature and technology, and is committed to the development of Human Technology to enhance the happiness of human society with the advancement of technology.
Transtouch Technology was founded in November 2000, located in Huaya Technology Park, Guishan District, Taoyuan City. TTI is a joint venture between Fujitsu Component Group and CMC Group. Its main products are touch panels.
TTI has a 7000 square meter plant and the latest generation of touch panel production equipment. This equipment is improved from Fujitsu’s production line, using the most advanced Fujitsu technology and assisting in technology transfer. TTI expects to become Taiwan’s first touch panel The manufacturer will become the number one in the world in the near future.

證交所與櫃買中心已於 5/23 舉行頒獎典禮,表揚第3屆公司治理評鑑排行前5%的上市公司43家及上櫃公司33家,富晶通科技(股)亦名列其中,堪稱台股模範。 證交所公司治理中心表示,此次特別邀請證券周邊單位、公司治理評鑑委員、重要機構投資人代表等一同共襄盛舉,期盼未來持續透過公司治理評鑑,找出公司治理模範企業,並藉由獎勵優良公司,發揮標竿功能,期望促使企業更重視公司治理,進一步形塑台灣企業的公司治理。
為加速推動我國上市櫃企業公司治理,協助企業健全發展及增進市場信心,並配合金融監督管理委員會於102年底發布之「2013強化我國公司治理藍圖」推動工作項目,由本中心及臺灣證券交易所共同推動「公司治理評鑑系統」,在金管會指導下,由公司治理中心負責整理及撰擬評鑑指標,另延聘專家學者組成「公司治理評鑑委員會」審議評鑑指標訂定,並由證券暨期貨市場發展基金會負責執行評鑑工作。 第一屆評鑑結果業於104年4月30日公布,前百分之二十之上櫃公司共計119家,區分為前5%及前6%至20%等二個級距公告,不分名次以公司股票
The operating principle of the projected capacitive touch panel mainly uses the capacitive sensing formed by the contact between the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) transparent electrode on the touch panel and the human finger or conductive object. The X and Y electrodes are coated and placed on the same side of a glass sheet, and glass is attached in such a way that electrodes are crossing each other. Complete attachment of glass ensures highly transparent and clear visibility, and realizes high-durability.

Military specifications are waterproof, dust-proof, shock-proof, heat-proof, cold-proof, mildew-proof, moisture-proof, impact-resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-data theft, and anti-electromagnetic interference. The requirements are the highest, and they are more stringent than the industrial environment. In addition to the above-mentioned conditions, the requirements for the touch panel of civil aircrafts have also increased the design of the explosion-proof film. 本公司員工人數約為 130 人依照職安法令制定職業安全衛生管理規章,並訂定各項辦法進行管理,確保職場安全與員工健康。

本公由資訊單位統籌資訊安全事宜,設置資訊主管及專業資訊工程師,負責訂定公司資訊安全政策,規劃資訊安全措施,並執行相關之資訊安全作業。

本公司依規定向桃園市政府勞動局核備<工作規則>通過,相關勞動業務,工資發放、出勤管理、勞工保險、人員任用等勞動法規規範項目皆依照勞動法規辦理,保障員⼯之合法權益,尊重並支持<責任商業聯盟行為準則>、<聯合國世界人權宣言>、<公民與政治權利國際公約及經濟社會文化權利國際公約>等國際人權公約所揭示之原則,嚴禁使用童工、消除對婦女之歧視、保障身心障礙者之權利,於勞工求職時多元包容並給予平等機會,建構提供安全與健康的⼯作環境,協助員⼯維持⾝⼼健康及⼯作平衡、性別友善職場,讓員工受敬重並維持尊嚴。

本廠自 2010 年完成碳盤查,以此為排放基準年排放量為 13,151 CO 2 公噸/年,本廠自 2013 年起推動節能計畫,預計年削減 10%,此後每三年通盤檢討。

Periodic reviews with our supply chain and our raw material suppliers are conducted to ensure that their metal supplies do not come from conflict regions.
